I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a beautiful view of the mountains from my room. The sound isolation on the door could have been better for a premium room, but overall it was a good experience.

Rooms
8.0
The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and was supposed to be 'premium. ' The only downside was the lack of sound isolation on the door.
Service
9.0
The service was professional and friendly. Staff members were all over the hotel and always ready to assist in any way they could.
Location

Although the hotel is a bit far from the town center, it offers a quiet atmosphere and nice details like aquariums alongside the pool. It is in the suburbs of town and close to the national park.
Dining
8.0
The dining options were fantastic with a high quality and wide selection. However, some dishes were tasteless, and there was a mix of basic choices.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were convenient with top restaurant options. However, there were no lights and chairs near the pool, which was a bit disappointing.

6.2/10

The hotel room had 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and a balcony with mountain views. However, the blanket on the double bed was semi-double, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The room was tiny and not as advertised in the pictures when booking. There were no toiletries or amenities in the bathroom, no tea or coffee facilities, no iron or ironing board, and the Jacuzzi was cold. Additionally, unexpected charges for city tax and parking upon departure left a negative impression. Overall, not a 4-star experience as expected, and we wouldn't return as better accommodation options are available at lower prices.

Location

The hotel's location was nice, with detailed aquariums by the pool and proximity to ski resorts.
Dining

The included dining was fantastic with delicious Mediterranean dishes, but pricing could be improved.

The hotel had some nice amenities like swimming pools, but improvements in soundproofing and additional facilities could enhance the overall experience.

5.6/10

The hotel room was tiny and not what we expected based on the picture when booking. There were no shampoo or toiletries in the bathroom, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and no iron or ironing board available. The Jacuzzi was cold. Additionally, there was a surprise bill for city tax and parking upon departure. This establishment fell short of a 4-star rating, and we won't be returning as we could find much better accommodations for a lower price, even though it had a view over Giewont.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were tiny, not as advertised, and lacking essential amenities like shampoo and tea/coffee facilities. The Jacuzzi was also disappointing, and additional charges were unexpected.
Service
7.0
The staff were very accommodating and supportive, especially when helping me change rooms in the middle of the night. They made my stay relatively pleasant and relaxing, always being attentive throughout the hotel.
Location
6.0
The hotel is conveniently located not far from ski resorts, within walking distance to the central area of the town. However, the surroundings lacked proper lighting and seating, affecting the overall experience. Ideal for nature activities and friendly interactions despite my limited knowledge of the Polish language.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a wide selection of standard and traditional Polish dishes. The food quality was good, but nothing exceptional.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities could use improvement, particularly in sound isolation on doors. The lack of certain essential amenities affected the overall convenience of the stay.

The room was spacious with a balcony, but the semi-double blanket made sleep uncomfortable. Lack of toiletries, tea/coffee facilities, and iron; a surprise city tax and parking charge on departure. However, the room was clean and cozy.
