Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a beautiful view of the mountains from my room. The sound isolation on the door could have been better for a premium room, but overall it was a good experience.
The hotel room had 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and a balcony with mountain views. However, the blanket on the double bed was semi-double, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The room was tiny and not as advertised in the pictures when booking. There were no toiletries or amenities in the bathroom, no tea or coffee facilities, no iron or ironing board, and the Jacuzzi was cold. Additionally, unexpected charges for city tax and parking upon departure left a negative impression. Overall, not a 4-star experience as expected, and we wouldn't return as better accommodation options are available at lower prices.
The hotel room was tiny and not what we expected based on the picture when booking. There were no shampoo or toiletries in the bathroom, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and no iron or ironing board available. The Jacuzzi was cold. Additionally, there was a surprise bill for city tax and parking upon departure. This establishment fell short of a 4-star rating, and we won't be returning as we could find much better accommodations for a lower price, even though it had a view over Giewont.
The room was spacious with a balcony, but the semi-double blanket made sleep uncomfortable. Lack of toiletries, tea/coffee facilities, and iron; a surprise city tax and parking charge on departure. However, the room was clean and cozy.
